DAVID SHEMEL – Principal
David Shemel has more than 40 years of real estate development, management, acquisition, disposition and financing experience.
With a keen eye for New York investing, his strategy is to target stable, cash-flowing properties located in highly visible areas along heavily trafficked arteries.
Mr. Shemel’s experience and keen sense of investing is brought forth through his current personal real estate portfolio, which includes fifteen commercial buildings in the New York City area
NOAM SHEMEL – Principal
A part of the real estate industry in a variety of capacities over the last 20 years, Noam Shemel is well suited to direct the policy and process relating to acquisitions, development, asset management dispositions and financial reporting for KANO Real Estate Investments.
He is in charge of overseeing all operations, including the management and development/re-development of individual investments for a portfolio of income-producing real estate assets.
Responsible for the construction and project management for many of the company’s key investments as well, including both rehabilitation and ground-up development projects
DAVID ZEBLI
David Zebli is a key member of the KANO team, bringing a hands-on, owner-operator approach to the company’s real estate portfolio. He plays an integral role in overseeing operations, renovations and asset performance across KANO properties.
With deep experience in construction and property management, David helps ensure each space is thoughtfully built, efficiently run and ready for flexible retail, pop-ups and experiential use. His focus on execution supports KANO’s mission to create adaptable, high-quality spaces for modern brands.
NADIA KAVETSKAYA
Nadia Kavetskaya ensures accuracy, timeliness and clarity in every aspect of payroll operations. With a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to seamless internal processes, Nadia keeps the team compensated and supported.
Her expertise strengthens KANO’s operational foundation, helping the company run efficiently behind the scenes so the rest of the team can focus on delivering exceptional experiences across the portfolio.
